| We were setting up the balloons for the party. And it was sunny out. Our guests were coming over in 30 minutes. Chloe was excited. She began helping me as I set up the streamers and the baloons. It was funny to see the static electricity on her hair. She had on her "beautiful, beautiful dress" and she was ready to have her princess party. Our little girl is turning 3 very soon.. ....
