was her first real experience with egg dying. so much fun
these little containers were! we couldn't get enough of them and couldn't
do any any quicker!! She didn't really get the concept of "drying"
the eggs between the colors. If it weren't for some slight of hand on dad's
part, we'd have brown eggs for sure. She jumped from one color to the next.
I tried to do it like "martha" (which is always impossible) but
I got a pretty cool effect when I put olive oil into the dye. This produced
a cool speckled look. Chloe didn't seem to care much, but I thought it was
cool. She just loved changing the colors... Chloe
